TL;DR
Systems Technical Lead (Cloud Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems): Resolving Tier 3 escalations and administering cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise content systems with an accent on Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, and compliance. Focus on building PowerShell and Python automation, governing Box and related platforms, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining HIPAA and SOC 2-aligned controls.

What you will do
- Resolve complex Tier 3 escalations across cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Administer Box and related content management platforms, including user lifecycle, permissions, integrations, DLP controls, classification, retention, monitoring, and audits.
- Manage and optimize Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Meraki, Azure, Microsoft 365, and associated patch deployment processes.
- Build automation and scripting solutions with PowerShell, Python, or comparable tools.
- Perform root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.
- Support security audits, access reviews, investigations, data integrity initiatives, and evaluation of emerging infrastructure and collaboration technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience administering enterprise content management or SaaS platforms; Box administration is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Experience with Intune, Jamf, Meraki, modern device management, application packaging, and deployment across macOS and Windows.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with identity and access management, including SSO, OpenID, and SAML.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of DLP, access controls, retention, audit, and classification features in content management platforms.
- Understanding of HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance as applied to content platforms.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, Jamf, or related platforms.
