Contract Opportunity - Lead Certification Auditor - Pharma, Cosmetics and Personal Care (PCPC)

Location: Remote, United States; authorized travel and auditing services required in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; travel up to 80%, including possible international and weekend travel.

What you will do

• Conduct third-party certification audits for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal care, and medical-device organizations.
• Perform integrated audits against applicable industry standards and hirify.global global and local procedures.
• Analyze audit evidence and recommend whether certification should be granted, continued, or declined.
• Plan and control audit activities involving other members of the audit team.
• Collaborate with auditors, hirify.global Business Assurance, accreditation bodies, and Technical Managers on audit issues and witness audits.
• Maintain audit credentials and comply with internal standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, bioscience, or another relevant scientific discipline, with appropriate pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal-care training.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or personal-care industry, including at least 2 years in quality assurance or quality and safety management systems.
• At least 5 years of auditing experience and qualification as an ISO Lead Auditor, particularly for pharmaceutical or OTC products.
• Advanced English is required.
• Authorization to travel to and provide auditing services in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years of medical-device experience.
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001 management systems.
• Experience delivering training.
• Spanish language skills.
