Principal Product Manager (Cloud Data Platform)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for Redis Cloud capabilities serving enterprise customers, digital-native companies, and AI-native applications.
• Define product requirements with engineering and stakeholders, managing one or more product areas through their full lifecycle.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate priorities, and shape roadmap decisions.
• Partner with sales, solutions, marketing, enablement, and customer success on launches, adoption, and business alignment.
• Coordinate distributed teams and global stakeholders, communicating trade-offs and driving execution.
• Act as an internal and external product evangelist while applying technical judgment to cloud infrastructure, data platforms, modern application architectures, and AI workloads.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for cloud platforms, data infrastructure, databases, developer platforms, or AI-related products.
• Strong technical depth in storage, networking, modern software development processes, Agile practices, and AI-assisted product development.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure ecosystems, including infrastructure services, marketplaces, APIs, identity and access, observability, and partner integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud product lifecycles, including provisioning, upgrades, maintenance, reliability, operational readiness, supportability, and end of life.
• Strong product sense for enterprise and digital-native customers, with the ability to convert ambiguous input into clear requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
