Principal Product Manager (Redis Cloud)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for Redis Cloud capabilities serving enterprise, digital-native, and AI-focused customers.
• Define detailed product requirements with engineering and manage one or more product areas through their full lifecycle.
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate priorities, and shape roadmap decisions.
• Partner with sales, solutions, marketing, enablement, and customer success on launches, adoption, and business alignment.
• Coordinate distributed teams and global stakeholders, communicating trade-offs and driving high-quality execution.
• Act as an internal and external product evangelist, communicating customer value, product direction, and use cases.

Requirements

• Product management experience with cloud platforms, data infrastructure, databases, developer platforms, or AI-related products.
• Strong technical depth in storage, networking, modern software development processes, and Agile practices.
• Ability to work in an AI-enabled software development lifecycle and translate architecture trade-offs into product requirements.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure ecosystems, including infrastructure services, APIs, identity and access, observability, marketplaces, procurement, and partner integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud product lifecycles, including provisioning, upgrades, maintenance, reliability, operational readiness, supportability, and end-of-life planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
