What you will do

• Support the Field Marketing Specialist and Student Marketeer team in building brand awareness, increasing sales, and driving product trial on and around campus.
• Coach Student Marketeers in sampling, sales, brand presentation, and in-field execution.
• Support campus planning, scheduling, sampling, seeding, and feedback collection.
• Manage sampling inventory, ordering, branded assets, Mini fleet maintenance, and fuel card coordination.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, monthly meetings, and execution-standard reviews.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams and provide monthly asset status analysis to the Field Marketing Specialist.

Requirements

• Currently assigned to the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with at least six months of Student Marketeer experience.
• Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members.
• Strong Brand and Product knowledge with a passion for hirify.global.
• Desire and ability to coach fellow Student Marketeers.
• Currently enrolled in a university or college.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends, and lift or move items weighing 25 pounds or more when needed.
