Product Safety Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Contribute to secure architecture and design for products, services, and cloud environments.
• Assess and prioritize security threats and vulnerabilities, define mitigations, and communicate risks.
• Plan and execute security assessments, including static and dynamic testing, code reviews, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Integrate security tools, CI/CD controls, product security features, and corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and escalate product safety issues, support investigations, and coordinate with customer and global Product Safety representatives.
• Develop internal audit plans, coordinate external audits, and report quality-system nonconformities and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• English proficiency at approximately 90% is required.
• Experience integrating different types of technologies and managing innovation projects.
• Knowledge of automotive core tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and pressure-management skills.
