VCA - Strategy Consulting Analyst

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid position with office attendance determined by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Support experienced consultants in delivering strategic advisory services to hirify.global clients across the Nordics and Baltics.
• Analyze client data and identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis focused on the payments industry.
• Develop client-specific presentations by adapting templates to individual client needs.
• Support senior consultants in delivering solutions covering business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in management consulting or adjacent analytical roles, including Big 4 advisory or transaction advisory, investment banking, or the payments ecosystem.
• Degree from a highly regarded university or business school.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling messages.
• Experience addressing business challenges through data-driven methods and using analytical and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication, narrative crafting, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results-focused approach with the ability to support multiple projects and take responsibility from the first day.
