Software Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; in-person work in the Stockholm office required

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance systems for a serverless AI platform.
• Develop distributed systems that operate reliably at large scale.
• Work on cloud infrastructure and low-level systems foundations.
• Improve system performance and reduce latency.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code.
• Experience building high-performance distributed systems at large scale.
• Strong cloud engineering skills.
• Strong knowledge of Linux kernel foundations, filesystems, and containers.
• Experience with performance engineering.
• Ability to work in person in the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Rust.
