Software Engineer II (Routing)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with teams across hirify.global on product and service engineering.
• Help establish agile engineering practices and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering using a high-level programming language such as C# or Java.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud systems, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• Very good understanding of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, and asynchronous programming.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and time and memory complexity.
