Platform Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the model-serving stack, improving latency, throughput, GPU efficiency, batching, and autoscaling.
• Operate serving infrastructure across a large multi-cloud GPU fleet.
• Build software abstractions and pipelines that turn raw models into product-ready systems.
• Develop experiment, observability, alerting, and incident-response tooling for research and production systems.
• Collaborate with model researchers, product engineers, and commercial teams deploying systems to pharmaceutical companies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production systems, with depth in performance, distributed systems, or ML serving.
• Experience optimizing model inference through GPU utilization, batching, quantization, caching, or kernel-level work.
• Experience owning 24/7 production systems, including observability, alerting, and incident response.
• Experience with both initial 0-to-1 buildouts and scaling systems from 1 to many.
• Strong systems judgment, ownership, technical excellence, and attention to cost and efficiency.
