Head of DMPK

Location: Must be based in or able to work from our offices in Salt Lake City, UT or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 50% in-office)

Salary: $321,800–$443,080 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

• Define and execute the overarching DMPK strategy for a diverse therapeutic portfolio.
• Partner with Data Science and ML teams to refine predictive ADME models.
• Ensure scientific excellence in human dose projections, DDI assessments, and translational PK/PD strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a cross-functional environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to accelerate programs from discovery into development.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Drug Metabolism, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry moving programs from Discovery into Development.
• Deep expertise in small molecule DMPK and familiarity with modalities like ADCs or peptides.
• Proven experience navigating IND submission requirements and regulatory interactions.
• Must be able to work from our Salt Lake City or New York City offices at least 50% of the time.
