Member of Technical Staff (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Fully onsite in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$350,000 base salary plus equity

hirify.global is hiring for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company building an orchestration layer for heterogeneous AI compute.

What you will do

• Build scheduling, orchestration, and control-plane systems for production AI infrastructure.
• Partition, schedule, and route inference workloads across GPUs, CPUs, and emerging accelerators.
• Design distributed systems and infrastructure components from first principles.
• Work on fault tolerance, concurrency, asynchronous messaging, and workload coordination.
• Collaborate with specialists in compilers, runtimes, kernels, and hardware.

Requirements

• Strong production experience building distributed systems.
• Experience with scheduling, orchestration, fault tolerance, and concurrency.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, RPC frameworks, asynchronous messaging, or control-plane infrastructure.
• Strong programming experience in Go, C++, or Python.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California.

• Experience with AI infrastructure or heterogeneous compute.
