TL;DR
Senior Designer (iGaming): Designing and adapting digital campaign assets for CRM, acquisition, loyalty, and brand communications across multiple markets with an accent on localisation, brand consistency, and digital production quality. Focus on managing concurrent design projects, improving templates and workflows, and collaborating with marketing, digital, brand, and art direction teams.
Location: Hybrid in Liège, Belgium or Birkirkara, Malta, with remote work possible for up to 50% of working time.

What you will do
- Design and adapt campaign assets for CRM, email, banners, social media, onsite communications, and push notifications.
- Localise multi-market campaigns while following brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and technical accuracy of delivered assets.
- Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand, and the Art Director during campaign execution.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines with autonomy.
- Challenge briefs and improve templates, workflows, and asset libraries.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design tools.
- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, branding, and digital production.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, solution-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
- Professional Dutch and good English skills required.

- Knowledge of the online gaming industry.
- French language skills.
