Production Artist

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets for packaging, retail displays, product collateral, ecommerce, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain scalable production files, templates, repeatable layouts, and asset systems for global product launches.
• Adapt creative assets for global markets and coordinate with translation partners on accurate, compliant localization.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, brand managers, product developers, project managers, and global marketing teams from concept through final production.
• Apply quality-control standards for accuracy, color consistency, brand compliance, proofs, and markups.
• Manage task intake, milestones, status communication, and delivery across concurrent projects using Workfront, Wrike, or similar platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production design experience in an in-house creative team or agency.
• Strong understanding of packaging production and file preparation for print, retail, and digital environments.
• Familiarity with dielines and basic packaging construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflow or project management platforms such as Workfront or Wrike.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a portfolio are required.

Nice to have

• Experience building efficient templates, scalable production assets, and organized asset libraries.
• Experience working autonomously within a distributed, cross-functional team.
