Full Stack Developer (Node.js+TypeScript)

Location: Minsk, Belarus. Work format: onsite, remote, or hybrid.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable agentic systems and GenAI-powered applications.
• Develop APIs, MCP integrations, event-driven services, and orchestration workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and improve agentic solutions in AWS production environments.
• Design persistent state and context management for long-running, multi-step agent workflows.
• Optimize orchestration for reliability, latency, and cost using bulk and asynchronous operations and microservice fan-out.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on architecture and technical implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying production software systems.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python skills for AI agent and orchestration development.
• Production experience with GenAI, agentic, or multi-agent systems serving real users.
• Experience with failure handling, retries, token and context budget optimization, and output quality evaluation.
• Experience designing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, orchestration workflows, and state management.
• Hands-on experience with MCP, Docker, and AWS ECS/Fargate; English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, LiteLLM, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, hybrid search, re-ranking, and retrieval pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, tracing, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Experience with Kafka and distributed event-driven microservice architectures.
