Location: Minsk, Belarus; four days per week in the Minsk office with remote collaboration across Israel and the U.S.

IDT Technologies is a global communications and payment-services company developing a new restaurant technology vertical through its National Retail Solutions business.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain full-stack applications for the restaurant POS platform using Vue.js, Node.js, and some PHP.
• Own significant frontend, backend, and API components across the product.
• Contribute to technical architecture, planning, engineering standards, and code quality through hands-on reviews and AI-assisted tooling.
• Build reliable, scalable, performant, and secure services and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineering leadership, and U.S.-based teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular, including component architecture, state management, and responsive web applications.
• Strong hands-on Node.js backend expertise with frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience building SaaS products or complex web platforms, plus Git, CI/CD, and Linux expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, independent execution, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• PHP experience.
• Mobile development experience, especially Android or Kotlin.
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, WebSockets, or Socket.IO experience.
• PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization experience.
