Senior Product Manager (Verification & Automation)

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and execution for verification automation and operational efficiency.
• Scale automated document and identity checks for high-volume onboarding of drivers, couriers, and vehicles.
• Redesign operational workflows, task queues, and review interfaces to improve speed and reduce human error.
• Translate operational bottlenecks into product features and strategic roadmaps while managing cost per verification.
• Align delivery across Operations, Risk, Security, Engineering, Design, and business leadership.
• Use experiments and operational data to improve verification speed, accuracy, conversion, cost efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience scaling high-volume platforms, preferably in ride-hailing, on-demand marketplaces, fintech, or logistics.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows, task queues, moderation or review systems, and cost-per-task optimization.
• Strong understanding of operational UX and functional interfaces for review teams.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on API integrations, workflow rules, and data handling without writing code.
• Strong analytical, experimentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Business-fluent English at B2/C1+ level or equivalent required.
