Senior Marketing Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Evaluate marketing campaign performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, OOH, and other acquisition channels.
• Build automated tools to improve channel efficiency and user acquisition.
• Design and analyze A/B tests covering messaging, creatives, targeting, and product changes.
• Support marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives.
• Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and data quality.
• Provide recommendations for buying optimization, incrementality, user segmentation, and behavioral triggers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or growth analytics.
• Strong understanding of performance channels and user acquisition.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Python or R experience for statistical modeling, cluster analysis, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, attribution modeling, and business communication.
