Senior Credit Risk Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop predictive scoring models for credit decision-making using internal, external, platform, and alternative data.
• Develop and optimize credit limit and rate policies.
• Implement scoring models in online credit decision systems.
• Evaluate product profitability and build NPV models.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data warehouse specialists, developers, and product analysts to deliver ML-driven business results.

Requirements

• Understanding of machine learning and data analytics, with the ability to investigate data, business processes, and cause-and-effect relationships.
• Experience in lending to small and medium-sized businesses or individuals.
• Experience building NPV models.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Availability for hybrid work in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Python library development skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to present the results of analytical work effectively.
