Events & Employee Engagement Manager

hirify.global is building a global payments orchestration platform for internet companies, serving clients including Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, and MEGOGO.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of internal and external events, from initial concept through post-event debrief.
• Manage hirify.global’s presence at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in Ukraine and abroad.
• Scout venues, coordinate vendors, and oversee delivery quality.
• Lead merch production, including design briefs, contractors, budgets, welcome kits, and gift sets.
• Build event budgets, track spending, and manage multiple events at the same time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of event management experience with ownership of outcomes.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above for communication with international partners.
• Experience organizing events abroad.
• Ability to manage event budgets and spending tracking.
• Understanding of design quality and ability to create clear briefs for designers.
• Ability to develop practical and appealing gift concepts.
