TL;DR
Test Automation Engineer (C# / NUnit): Building and evolving an automated testing platform for security solutions used in IoT, automotive, and secure identification products with an accent on backend test automation, test infrastructure, and software quality. Focus on designing maintainable test frameworks, managing containerized environments, and improving CI/CD pipelines across international engineering teams.
Location: Brno, Czech Republic; a valid visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic are required at the application stage. Home office and flexible working hours are available.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a C# automated test framework based on NUnit.
- Design and implement automated backend tests and define test approaches for new features and releases.
- Manage and troubleshoot test environments used by development teams.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and containerized test environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with software developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to improve quality, reliability, and delivery.
Requirements
- Strong software development background and solid C# knowledge.
- Experience building maintainable test automation frameworks with NUnit or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of test strategy, test planning, and software quality assurance practices.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting test environments in Linux and Windows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD platforms, pipeline development, and automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation tools.
- Python scripting experience.
- Experience in embedded software environments.
