Graphic Designer (Loungefly)

Location: On-site in Burbank, California, United States. Local candidates will be considered first.

Salary: $70,304–$82,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Research emerging accessory trends and turn insights into market-relevant concepts.
• Develop innovative bag silhouettes, licensed product ideas, and figural character bags.
• Illustrate original character art and graphics in line with licensor guidelines and brand standards.
• Select materials, finishes, trims, hardware, techniques, and construction details for different product types.
• Sketch, mock up, and prototype concepts while considering costing parameters and product vision.
• Collaborate with creative directors, managers, and cross-functional teams while managing projects independently.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Product Development, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–6 years of experience in fashion or softlines creative, graphic design, product design and development, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of fashion, style, emerging trends, techniques, and accessory design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Interest in pop culture and a full understanding of licensing.
