Senior Software Engineer, Front-End (React/TypeScript)

Salary: €78,000–€94,000 EUR annual base salary

hirify.global operates an automotive marketplace that connects consumers with approximately 30,000 dealerships and supports the car-shopping journey online.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend experiences for international dealer products using React and TypeScript.
• Build full-stack features and integrate existing services using server-side TypeScript and Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver software for the Canadian and UK markets.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and frontend service ownership from ideation through production maintenance.
• Improve security, availability, performance, code quality, monitoring, and production service management.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, mentor junior engineers, and support engineering standards for the Dublin office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end software development experience.
• Production experience building dynamic, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with server-side TypeScript, especially Remix; Next.js or Express experience is also relevant.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, with familiarity with GraphQL.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production service management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
