Flutter Developer (FinTech)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan. Work options: onsite, remote, or hybrid.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter, RxDart, BLoC, and Provider.
• Build interactive interfaces and custom animations while maintaining high performance at 60/120 FPS.
• Integrate REST APIs and Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Crashlytics.
• Optimize network requests, caching, pagination, local data management, application startup time, and build size.
• Develop native Android and iOS modules when required and manage the full mobile application lifecycle.
• Configure CI/CD and build automation with Codemagic and GitHub Actions, write automated tests, and participate in Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Strong experience with interactive user interfaces, high-performance animations, REST APIs, JSON, and application data optimization.
• Solid knowledge of BLoC and Provider state management patterns.
• Experience with unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end testing using Flutter Driver or Appium.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, application versioning, and Firebase services.
• English at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Native Android development experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Native iOS development experience with Swift or Objective-C.
