TL;DR
Middle/Senior .NET Developer (Construction) (C#/.NET/Azure): Building and improving backend and web services for a construction-site security, access management, and compliance platform with an accent on API integration, database engineering, and event-driven architecture. Focus on designing scalable services, solving cross-layer technical issues, and contributing to architecture, testing, and Angular-based frontend tasks.
Location: Remote within Europe, Albania, Poland, or Romania

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using C# and .NET.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, refactoring, and technology improvements.
- Build and maintain unit, API, and integration tests.
- Investigate issues across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, architects, and Product Owners on requirements and delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial software development experience with C# and .NET.
- Strong experience with Web APIs, REST, SOAP, OOP, SOLID, design patterns, Microsoft SQL Server, and T-SQL.
- Practical experience with LINQ, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, event-driven systems, and message brokers.
- Experience with Angular or another modern frontend framework, TypeScript, and frontend architecture.
- Experience writing tests, using Git, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting application, database, and infrastructure issues.
- Intermediate or higher English level and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
