Junior Producer (AI)

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for global brands as part of The Brandtech Group.

What you will do

• Support production and delivery of motion and still assets across social, digital, print, and POS.
• Assist with project scheduling, briefing, tracking, status reporting, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate internal creative teams, external suppliers, production partners, and client stakeholders.
• Traffic assets from brief through final delivery and support handovers at each stage.
• Assist with production logistics for design briefs, photography, and motion shoots.
• Flag risks and delays, contribute updates in project meetings, and support purchase orders and invoice tracking.

Requirements

• Experience supporting production across social and digital content, print, and POS.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, proactive communication and confidence working with clients and creative teams.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Workfront, Frame.io, or similar production tools.
• Awareness of production budgets and basic financial administration.
• Basic proficiency with generative AI tools, curiosity about AI-assisted workflows, and willingness to develop prompting skills.
