Protection Caseworker (Rule of Law)

What you will do

• Identify individuals at risk through community outreach, referrals, local authorities, and humanitarian coordination mechanisms.
• Conduct protection needs assessments and risk evaluations, develop case plans, and provide regular client follow-up.
• Facilitate access to protection, legal, social, and psychosocial services through referrals and advocacy.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation in line with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with organizations for persons with disabilities, community structures, government institutions, and service providers to ensure inclusive support.
• Contribute to protection monitoring, service mapping, referral pathway updates, case management meetings, and capacity-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ukrainian and Russian bilingual proficiency is required.
• Experience using CommCare, Primero, and Kobo.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect clients, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
