Location: Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive legal support for business operations and advise internal departments.
• Draft, review, negotiate, update, and monitor the execution of commercial contracts.
• Conduct counterparty due diligence and maintain the contract registry.
• Prepare claims, manage accounts receivable recovery, and represent company interests in litigation.
• Interact with government, regulatory, and law enforcement agencies, including supporting inspections.
• Audit corporate, HR, and contract documentation and improve document workflow procedures.

Requirements

• Law degree at Bachelor’s level or higher.
• At least 3 years of legal experience in commercial organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of the civil, corporate, labor, and procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Practical experience in contract management, claims, litigation, and representation before courts and government agencies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, business correspondence, organizational, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, IT, or B2B sectors.
