Site Quality Manager (Aerospace/Defense)

Location: On-site in Orly, with responsibilities across the Wissous production site

What you will do

• Own product and process quality across all Wissous production lines.
• Lead the quality engineering and operational quality teams.
• Build site quality systems and coordinate ISO 9001 certification readiness.
• Prepare the site for AS9100 certification.
• Define and manage quality KPIs while reducing quality escapes.
• Lead CAPA and 8D activities and support vision-inspection initiatives.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing quality.
• Experience leading a site or production quality team through scale-up.
• Strong experience building QMS processes and delivering ISO 9001 or AS9100 certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and willingness to work on-site in France.
