What you will do

• Manage the fixed-income investment portfolio, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments within approved risk limits.
• Structure traditional fixed-income, yield, and Bitcoin-referenced investment and hedging products.
• Execute and manage OTC Bitcoin trades and FX flows while maintaining counterparty relationships and best execution.
• Assess and mitigate credit, market, currency, and interest-rate risks in line with the Group’s risk appetite.
• Apply trading discipline to Treasury investment, hedging, and execution activities.
• Prepare investment performance, P&L, and risk reporting for senior committees including ALCO.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing fixed-income investments and portfolios.
• Experience structuring Treasury products, ideally including Bitcoin-referenced structures.
• Strong OTC Bitcoin, FX trading, and market execution experience.
• Crypto experience and a strong understanding of financial principles, investment management, and Treasury operations.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, reporting, and financial-calculation skills.
• Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet required.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIMA, or a similar professional qualification.
• Experience designing creative, commercially minded yield-enhancement solutions.
