TL;DR
AnT Trainee, Quality Assurance (cGxP/GMP): Supporting quality assurance activities, documentation, compliance, material release, and data integrity in a multi-product contract manufacturing facility with an accent on controlled documentation, regulatory readiness, and GDP compliance. Focus on detecting non-compliance, improving data integrity processes, and applying scientific analysis during a structured 15-month on-the-job training program.
Location: SG - Tuas, Singapore; on-site training at the participating company’s facility

What you will do
- Support daily Quality Assurance activities under approved SOPs and policies in a multi-product cGxP contract manufacturing facility.
- Analyze quality data, identify issues, and propose improvements based on scientific knowledge or field experience.
- Detect cGxP and cGDP non-compliance, provide GDP correction guidance, and support compliance across departments.
- Manage GMP document lifecycles, including controlled document issuance, archiving, and inactive records.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits, including backroom activities.
- Perform material release and joint inspections while upholding and improving data integrity processes.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant science discipline, such as Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, collaborative team-player mindset.
