Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC)

Location: Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid work model including three remote days per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and other systems to support data flows and business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA specialists across multiple business lines.
• Review code, write unit and integration tests, and support robust deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues, document technical solutions, and monitor Salesforce releases and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, configuration, and declarative customization.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate root causes and implement fixes.
• Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in Europe are required.
