What you will do

• Handle and resolve incidents affecting B2B credit applications.
• Diagnose system issues and propose solutions to reduce downtime.
• Track support tickets through prompt resolution and document incidents in the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in application support or development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and mainframe environments, especially DB2 querying.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe.

• Understanding of B2B credit processes.
