TL;DR
Senior QA Automation Engineer (Python/Jenkins): Building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for stable, reliable software products with an accent on automation studies, test campaigns, and TDD/MBT practices. Focus on integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, analyzing test results, and developing proof-of-concept automation solutions.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid work model. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Conduct automation studies, ROI analyses, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Execute automated test campaigns, generate reports, and analyze results.
- Apply Test-Driven Development and Model-Based Testing approaches.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Use Git and GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in QA automation.
- Working-level scripting skills in Python and one or more of PowerShell, Bash, KSH, VBA, or VBS.
- Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with automation proof of concepts, campaign execution, reporting, TDD, and MBT.
- Experience with Jenkins and Git/GitLab.
- French at B1 level and English at B2 level; existing EU work authorization required.
Nice to have
- Java experience.
- Experience with Micro Focus UFT, SoapUI, Postman, or Robot Framework.
- ISTQB certification at Foundation, Test Manager, or Test Analyst level.
