What you will do

• Analyze, design, develop, and test enhancements and maintenance campaigns for core banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across COBOL, JCL, CICS, Endevor, and DB2 environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate application needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, technical documentation, and compliance with development standards.
• Support the integration and testing of optional legacy components such as Pacbase.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for foundational banking systems.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of COBOL development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, Endevor, and DB2.
• Experience with maintenance campaigns and application evolution projects.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Pacbase or similar legacy technologies.
• Experience with banking applications or financial systems.
• Certifications in mainframe development or project management.
