What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of user stories and features according to architectural and non-functional standards.
• Guide development squads by communicating architectural decisions and setting technical priorities.
• Oversee technical enablers, technical debt management, and component quality at squad level.
• Promote peer reviews, automation, documentation, and other development best practices.
• Manage technical integration in CI/CD pipelines and support quality assurance activities.
• Mentor and upskill team members while maintaining accurate technical documentation and JIRA tracking.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Lead or 5 years as a Senior Developer in software development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and Tomcat server environments.
• Experience managing development teams and applying Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English and French, spoken and written.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.
