Focus on modernizing workflows with AI, maintaining reliable recruiting data, and coordinating efficient experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
Location: Mexico City; hybrid workplace

provides software solutions for the restaurant industry and is building an AI-forward Talent Solutions function.
What you will do
- Administer user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access requests across Talent Solutions systems, including Lever, Tofu, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Learning.
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling logistics, candidate inquiries, pre-employment screening, and assessments.
- Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, applicant tracking system records, calendars, intranet content, and shared resources.
- Prepare job requisitions, job advertisements, recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and workforce-planning data.
- Support programs across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and process-improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, talent operations, or a similar role.
- Experience using or administering an applicant tracking system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including calendars, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI and emerging technology to automate routine work and improve workflows.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

- Experience with Lever.
- Experience supporting cross-functional People programs.
- Experience with recruiting metrics, dashboards, or operational reporting.
