What you will do

• Build social calendars, plan content, and manage publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Lead the creative process through briefs, coordination, and hands-on content execution.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and community spaces in the brand voice.
• Coordinate with product and customer support on accurate responses and sensitive issue escalation.
• Track native analytics and maintain weekly or biweekly reporting on performance patterns.
• Use social insights to connect platform performance with broader brand and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience at a consumer brand.
• At least one year owning a brand's day-to-day social presence, including calendars, publishing, and community management.
• Recent portfolio examples from Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, covering the past 12 months.
• Experience writing captions and short-form copy in a defined brand voice.
• Working knowledge of Canva or a comparable design tool, Hootsuite or a comparable scheduling tool, and Asana or a comparable project management tool.
• Availability to start within two weeks and commit to a 3-month contract at 20 hours per week.
