What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend software using .NET C# and modern engineering tools.
• Design, refine, and improve microservice and event-driven systems using technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Make technical decisions, assess trade-offs and risks, and contribute to organization-wide architectural alignment.
• Diagnose complex bugs, respond to incidents, and implement fixes with automated regression tests.
• Lead code reviews, technical documentation, specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor, coach, and empower engineers through knowledge sharing, demos, and presentations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience with .NET C#.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
• Experience applying microservice architectures and understanding architectural patterns and trade-offs.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging or streaming tools such as Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Technical leadership, mentoring experience, Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to solve complex problems independently.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience using feature flags to accelerate releases.
