TL;DR
Senior Web AI-Enabled Developer (React): Building and maintaining a high-load, mobile-first React SPA within a micro-frontend architecture with an accent on scalable frontend architecture, state management, and AI-assisted software development. Focus on designing clear tasks for AI coding agents, validating generated software, optimizing high-traffic applications, and delivering features autonomously to production.
Location: Kyiv, with work from the Kyiv office.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain a high-load, mobile-first React SPA within a micro-frontend architecture.
- Translate product and technical requirements into shipped features in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Own features from development through production, including staging validation, automated testing, and autonomous releases.
- Lead improvements and performance tuning across existing frontend solutions.
- Share expertise through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, including at least 2 years in a product-focused environment.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with React and hooks.
- Strong experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Zustand.
- Hands-on experience with Webpack and/or Vite, plus modern CSS, semantic HTML, and SASS/SCSS.
- Intermediate English or higher required.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents, including task decomposition, context setting, acceptance criteria, validation, and risk assessment.
Nice to have
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Experience building and optimizing high-load or high-traffic applications.
- Experience writing automated tests with Playwright.
