Sr. Applied Scientist (Machine Learning)

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, or Seattle, Washington, USA

Salary: $167,100–$226,100 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop machine learning products and services for customer-facing applications.
• Build and apply machine learning models to address complex business and life sciences problems.
• Advance deep learning and neural network approaches for product development.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate academic and applied research into scalable products and bring solutions to market.

Requirements

• PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, or Seattle, Washington.

• Experience developing deep learning models for life sciences.
