What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers using TypeScript and Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers on test strategy, acceptance criteria, and quality gates.
• Investigate test failures and distinguish flaky tests from genuine regressions.
• Write bug reports, test plans, and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review test automation code and promote testability in application design.
• Improve automation coverage, execution speed, and stability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency or JavaScript experience with willingness to work in TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Playwright or similar frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium.
• Solid understanding of test design, API testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and test data management.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows and debugging failures through pipeline logs.
