What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of data centres in Europe, from initial market entry to project energisation.
• Evaluate and prioritise European markets based on power availability, grid connectivity, and regulatory incentives.
• Identify and assess potential sites from technical, planning, and infrastructure perspectives.
• Structure development financing and collaborate with investors and lenders to fund projects through delivery.
• Lead planning, permitting, and stakeholder engagement processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mitigate technical and commercial risks to ensure projects are scalable and construction-ready.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe from early-stage to delivery.
• Deep knowledge of European data centre geographies, power markets, and grid capacity dynamics.
• Strong understanding of European planning processes and experience working with TSOs, DSOs, and national regulators.
• Technical expertise in data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and utility systems.
• Understanding of project finance structures and investor requirements for infrastructure development.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
