Salary: $164,000–$242,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Establish security standards for operational technology networks and connected devices, including segmentation, host isolation, traversal controls, and remote connectivity.
• Identify cybersecurity risks, maintain an inventory and risk register, and prioritize risk reduction across current deployments and future infrastructure.
• Design and implement security solutions in partnership with production engineering, business development, peer security teams, suppliers, and third parties.
• Coordinate vulnerability mitigation, isolation, and other protective measures for critical infrastructure.
• Conduct and support penetration testing, research industry risks, and continuously improve OT network security posture.
• Develop recovery models, incident response playbooks, technical documentation, reports, and security tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure security, including firewalls, ACLs, architecture, and risk management in a global network environment.
• Experience securing operational technology networks such as factory or industrial systems, building management systems, power, physical security, HVAC, and remote-access environments.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, virtual private networks, network segmentation, and defense in depth.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Go, Python, or C/C++, for automation, code reviews, and tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; CISSP, CCNP, or PCNSE certifications are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, technical documentation, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with OT networks spanning global locations and uncommon solutions deployed in operational environments.
• Experience with network automation, agentic network tooling, and incident response automation.
• Deep understanding of business-wide security best practices and implementation strategies.
