Location: Onsite at hirify.global headquarters in Rome, Italy

What you will do

  • Support sustainable aquaculture value-chain development projects, products, and services.
  • Analyze technical, social, economic, environmental, technological, and statistical information.
  • Prepare analytical inputs for reports, documents, and project deliverables.
  • Support the formulation, interpretation, and implementation of policy guidelines.
  • Contribute to best practices for sustainable aquaculture value chains at national, regional, and international levels.

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree, such as a master’s degree or equivalent, in fisheries, aquaculture, food sciences, biology, management, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to conduct technical research, analysis, and project-related work.
  • Results-focused approach.
  • Experience working in more than one location or area of work, particularly in field positions, is desirable.
  • Compliance with organizational values of commitment, respect, integrity, and transparency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in field positions or across multiple work locations.
  • Knowledge of sustainable aquaculture value chains and Blue Transformation frameworks.
