Embedded Software Application Engineer (C++)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality embedded software using modern C++.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of telematics, fleet management, uptime, and connected vehicle services.
• Configure, patch, troubleshoot, and debug Embedded Linux systems.
• Investigate technologies, tools, and approaches for future vehicle connectivity platforms.
• Analyze requirements and perform subsystem verification with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership, share knowledge, and contribute to agile product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in modern C++ development.
• 7+ years of experience in telematics product development or a closely related domain.
• 7+ years of experience in software architecture.
• Strong Python, Embedded Linux, and Yocto/OpenEmbedded experience, including configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
