DevOps Engineer (Web3)

Location: Remote within Europe, Kazakhstan, Poland, or Serbia

What you will do

• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure, primarily on bare metal, in line with SLI, SLO, and SLA targets.
• Build and improve automation for deploying web2 and web3 infrastructure.
• Research existing and emerging blockchain projects and maintain infrastructure readiness.
• Develop effective monitoring and alerting for validators, RPC nodes, and operator nodes.
• Optimize blockchain node performance and participate in the on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Ansible expertise, as core infrastructure automation is built on Ansible.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python or Go for infrastructure-related tasks.
• Strong ownership, self-organization, and ability to achieve team goals with guidance from a team lead.
• Experience with infrastructure tools including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, HAProxy, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
