What you will do

• Build and ship frontend features for checkout, payment processing, and merchant onboarding.
• Develop the React-based dashboard experience used by merchants to onboard with hirify.global.
• Scope projects, plan architecture, deploy features to production, and track their impact.
• Work closely with Design to improve the merchant’s first experience with the platform.
• Contribute to the Python backend when useful and collaborate on frontend architecture standards.

Requirements

• Solid frontend engineering experience delivering production-grade work across the full lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript and ideally web components.
• Ability to independently scope projects, plan architecture, and deliver them end to end.
• Strong understanding of accessible, performant, and maintainable UI at scale.
• Ability to discuss architecture and trade-offs clearly and write clean, well-tested code.
• Clear communication skills, especially in an async-first remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building SDKs, embeddable components, or developer-facing tooling.
• Familiarity with payments, checkout flows, or high-availability frontend systems.
