TL;DR
Manager, Consulting (Fintech): Delivering consulting engagements for payments and financial-services clients in Saudi Arabia with an accent on structured problem solving, data-driven recommendations, and executive-level communication. Focus on leading project workstreams, developing commercially viable solutions, managing senior stakeholders, and applying AI tools to complex business challenges.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements, translating complex business questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and project team members.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, presenting findings, risks, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Innovation teams to shape client solutions.
- Support proposals, consulting pitches, pipeline growth, and strategic planning for follow-on engagements.
- Coach junior consultants and contribute to methodologies, reusable assets, thought leadership, and practice development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, payments, or a related analytical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including deriving insights from data and synthesizing findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in parallel.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in AI tools, including Copilot and LLMs.
- Ability to work from the Riyadh office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, cards, commercial payments, digital banking, or financial-services strategy.
- Experience creating and using custom AI agents.
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Arabic language capability for KSA-based client work.
