What you will do

• Own infrastructure recruiting strategy and execution across APAC, from individual contributor to leadership hires.
• Build, lead, and develop a regional recruiting team with clear accountability and consistent hiring practices.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, tooling, metrics, and data discipline for regional growth.
• Partner with regional leadership, HR, and compensation teams on hiring plans, levelling, offers, and market benchmarking.
• Manage agencies and vendors, including performance, cost, and quality accountability.
• Lead critical or senior searches and improve assessment standards and candidate experience when needed.

Requirements

• Experience leading recruitment in infrastructure, data centre, industrial, or similarly operational environments.
• Experience building and managing recruiting teams in high-growth environments.
• Track record of hiring across APAC markets and understanding of local talent pools and employment considerations.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and managing external agencies and vendors.
• Ability to design teams and processes from the ground up and operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
