What you will do

• Analyze individual technology companies and equities within the South Korea Technology sector.
• Publish research reports, initiate sales calls, and market investment opinions.
• Collaborate with Global and APAC Technology teams on market share, macro trends, cross-company analysis, and emerging business models.
• Produce regular sector reports, monitor news flow, and contribute to broader sector views.
• Build financial models and interpret market, economic, and political data.
• Develop relationships with sales teams, traders, clients, and company management while coaching junior colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of equity research experience covering technology-related stocks is preferred.
• CA or CFA qualification and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
• Strong understanding of South Korean technology sectors and the macroeconomy.
• Native Korean speaker with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and solid accounting and financial fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, writing, prioritization, commercial, and client relationship management skills.
